We were served the main course before my guest's had time to finish their first course. Our water glasses were not filled and the cocktail glasses were left on the table while we had our entrees. This was not the impeccable training that we have seen throughout our tenure at this restaurant.
We really enjoy this place. It is quite, comfortable and grand dinning at its best. Food is excellent. Birthday dinner. Great restaurant. I especially like that it is not a chain!!! Definitely go. The bernaise sauce we salty and the duck mousse was not creamy. Little things, yes, but we've come to have such high expectations.

With reservations, we were immediately seated. Our salads were delicious. Our entrees halibut and duck preparations were very good with interesting sides that were also very good. The tables were well separated and the staff all wore masks. Excellent entrees! Service was great, so nice to have a nice meal and not be rushed! The restaurant was full and service was slow compared to other times we have been there. We have been here many times over 40 years and it has been one of our most favorite restaurants.
I hope this was an aberration and not a talisman of the future. Truly just an exceptional dining experience to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. Food was splendid and the service was impeccable, everything I would have hoped from the evening. Excellent choice for our anniversary dinner- we plan to go back! It was awesome. Very nice staff.
