The owner didn't care if we bought the bat or not I will be never be going back and suggest that you think twice before you go here. Response to below comments the owner of the shop was very rude and he did not spend 40 minutes serving us.

It was the fact that he said we were to fussy well I think if you are purchasing a new item it should be in A1 condition not chipped or damaged. I think I'm entitled to leave a review that I feel is true and if vks thinks by writing a long winded story in response is going to change the fact of the way they treat their customers then think again.

I think people just go to vks as they may not be aware of other shops in the area I would recommend Fordham sports they actually have hundreds of bats in stock and are in perfect condition and they care about their customers.

By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. First I was spoken to in a dismissive manner by both employees on shop Floor, who then proceeded to ask "what do you want?

This was proceeded by him walking off in again a dismissive manner. Upon my friend making the decision on his new bat, I spoke to my other friend to ask if he was interested in purchasing a ball, where he my friend said theses balls are not of the greatest quality as they loose their shape after 15 or so overs and the leather tends to rip his personal experience off this was playing Sunday matches with these balls to which we were greeted with "that's what happens when you buy cheap balls" FYI the balls are also unbalanced you can test buy spinning in the air to look out for seam movement.

I had bought a bat 2 days ago to ask for a refund as my son didnt like the bat being un-used and delcined a refund and turned aggressive as soon as i asked for a refund.
