Seattle hiking groups

We are a group of active, fit women in our 40's, 50's, 60's and up who enjoy getting out and hiking in nature in a supportive and safe environment. Difficulty of hike is determined by three factors- length, elevation gain and pace. For safety, we encourage all hikers to be vaccinated for Covid.

Some hiking leaders may require proof of Covid vaccination for their hikes. By joining this group and attending hikes, you agree to abide by the liability waiver and group guidelines. In the exceedingly rare event someone is removed from the group, there are no refunds. Please turn on message notifications so you can receive messages for hikes you are signed up to attend. Social pace hikes are easy and moderate hikes at a slower pace. Easy Hikes: Usually under feet in elevation gain, miles long and at an easy pace.

In order to complete an easy hike, members should be able to walk at least 3 miles on pavement, including a significant hill, in one hour.
