The NFB has many divisions and committees specializing in various aspects of blindness including divisions for parents of blind children, divisions dealing with various employment- and profession-related concerns of the blind including one for blind merchants and participants in the Randolph-Sheppard program, a division for dog guide users, a division for persons with diabetes, a division for blind students and divisions dealing with various hobbies and activities of the blind.

Convention dates are November 5 - 7, The toolkit contains material to help blind and visually impaired higher education students cope with the many problems they may encounter in their pursuit of higher education. We invite you to stand alongside us as we remove barriers and encourage each other to take the stage and live out our dreams. Naturally, being the creative types that we are, we have a podcast where we can showcase our collective talent and further engage with you.

The NFB defends the rights of blind people of all ages and provides information and support to families with blind children, older Americans who are losing vision, and more. We believe in the hopes and dreams of blind people and work together to transform them into reality.
