Charming decor, hot yummy breakfast included, great location for walking to attractions and theaters. The location was perfect for starting out on the Katy trail since I was on my bike it was only a few miles to the trail head. The front desk guy made sure I got the breakfast bag and since I am allergic to corn there was not much I could use in it but I took the water and oatmeal which came in handy later in my trip.

Room was cheap, bed wasn't uncomfortable. Staff was friendly on check in and check out. Nice quiet King room at the back of the property with jacuzzi was very welcome after a day driving. We were greeted by a great front desk host. The hotel was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet rooms. Pleasant stay. List your property.
