He put the two cigarettes out on the hard wood floor which forever left a black burn mark on the floor. When he burned out the entire electrical system in my brothers brand new Chevy Impala convertible at Gino's on Loch Raven and Taylor Ave.
The Sun Ray gang. Sneaking onto Mt. Pleasant Golf Course. The alley gang. Halloween parties. Greg introduced me to Barry Goldwater and conservative political thought. Playing with Brian when he was just a baby in their back yard in Hamilton. Greg's mom and dad were great folks, funny in their own unique way, and Greg was a great guy.
He had so many faithful friends. In later years, I'd see him at the annual Poly Alumni meetings and it was just like no time had passed at all. His enthusiasm, charming and witty personality, and warm smile were still the same.
Thanks for being my friend, Greg. I look forward to experiencing many adventures with you again when I catch up with you on the other side.
We were in same graduating year, Greg was a gifted and amazing athlete. He was always Hopp'n and Popp'n and full of good time fun energy. I hope you and your family are doing okay.
