When I called the florist that delivered them Spring Hill Florist and expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that they would pick them up and re-deliver another bouquet. I did not want that and I wanted them to refund my money. They said I needed to contact Lois Hody.

I did just that, only to be told by the lady who knew I was upset, ""that I obviously would not be ""happy"" with anything I would recieve""..

When Spring Hill Florist picked them up I expressed my dissatisfaction and commented that they were ""not bright enough"". She told me that I must be have failed eyesight!.
